Stock Sourcing make buying wholesale used products as easy as possible. The UKs premier supplier of used mobile phones, used laptops, used tablet PCs and many other products for the UK and export markets. Offering the lowest, discounted wholesale prices in the UK for used electronics.
Stock Sourcing have no membership fees or trade ID requirements; Any customer able to meet the low minimum order quantities are welcomed. No single unit / retail sales are made.
Stock Sourcing specialises is exporting used laptops and other products. Importers and those just starting our in import export are welcome.
Placing Orders and Delivery
Once selected, orders can be placed over the phone, email or in person at Stock Sourcing’s Haverhill, Suffolk warehouse.
Delivery can be arranged to any location in world. Small UK parcels (up to 10 laptops / 30 phones) are dispatched via UPS with costs ranging from £10 – £20 next day. Larger UK orders are dispatched via pallet network courier at a cost of £40 – £50 next day.
International shipping and is handled by a well know UK based freight forwarder and is offered at extremely competitive rates. Customers should first establish what they wish to buy; Stock Sourcing can then offer shipping options and quotes. Door to door services to Nigeria are available at low cost.
Payment and VAT
Stock Sourcing quote all prices exclusive of VAT. Customers purchasing with a view to resell inside in the UK will be charged VAT (20%) at the point of sale. In some cases Stock Sourcing can offer lower rates of VAT on certain products by making use of the VAT margin scheme; if you are not a VAT registered business and intend to sell in the UK please enquire about this option.
Customers exporting to countries within the EU may be entitled to zero rated VAT sales. Stock Sourcing will require you to have a VAT registered business with an EU VAT code and documentation to support this. Evidence of the movement of goods will also be required. Any customer unable to provide these details will be expected to pay UK VAT at the normal rate.
Wholesale customers exporting outside the EU to nations such as Ghana, Nigeria, Iraq and elsewhere can choose from a number of options which will ensure they do not pay any unnecessary UK tax.
Customers exporting outside the EU should do so by using Stock Sourcing’s own freight forwarders or with any other freight forward able to provide official shipping documents. These documents are either a Bill of Laden or Air Way Bill. Stock Sourcing can accept a booking confirmation from known freight forwarders or am export deposit from the customer which can be refunded once the documents have been received.
Returns and Faulty Goods
Stock Sourcing sell used tested mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras, tablet PCs and many other consumer electronics. These products are mainly bought directly from the UK public and are then professionally tested and checked to ensure they are suitable for resale.
Whilst Stock Sourcing’s goal to ensure all stock arrives with customers in a working condition, in rare cases this fails to happen. When making a wholesale purchase from Stock Sourcing, customers can be assured that any goods that do not meet the description given (i.e. a working, good condition product) can be returned to base for a refund or exchange. Customers with faulty or substandard product should request and complete a returns form from their sales contact.
