The pallet consists of two types of stock which are described below.
Repair – Laptops with parts tested and guaranteed for 14 days under Stock Sourcing’s Standard Warranty, excluding the stated fault or damage. For example a laptop stated to be “Repair – Keyboard Fault” will have all other parts (excluding the battery) working and in good condition except the Keyboard.
BER – Laptops found to have a major fault (screen damage, laptops which fail to power on etc) or numerous small faults or damage (issues with keyboard, plastics, bezel, USB etc).
